Japon is my favorite sushi place in Denver. Great, fresh, large pieces of nigiri and a cool place to eat it.
Like Jeff I share the opinion that Japon's is my favorite sushi restaurant in Denver. I have never been dissapointed especially because they have good size pieces. I even like the unigi there which I don't normally like anywhere else. Be prepared for a wait because even on Tuesdays they are packed.
